Forgiveness
Make this a day of forgiveness. Forgive yourself or another. Ask your higher self to help you make this so. Remember each of us are sacred souls upon this journey called life. Everyone is a divine mirror, reflecting back something we can learn. People are simply doing the very best they can. Those who have trespassed against us, are always in fear and pain. Anger, greed and control are simply our internal ego attachments to the world. Attachments that cause so much suffering. And those we have trespassed against, inadvertently triggered our inner suffering. So we lash out in hurt and anger, forgetting they too suffer as we do. For when we hold on tightly to hate and fear, it always remains buried within our hearts, causing even more suffering. When we forgive, we allow its release, lightening the burden we have carried for too long. And so at the end of the day, notice how you feel and allow safe expression of any old feelings that come to you. Experiment with forgiveness, for it really will set you free.
